General Terms & Conditions

  1. To assure a place in a course, the customer has to pay the course fee within the time given in the first mail after registration submission.
  2. For partner discounts all the customers involved in one registration has to register within 1 day, unless the discount is not accepted.
  3. Individual discount proofs shall be shown at the latest at the first course attendance.
  4. Discount offers cannot be combined, except it is offered by DancingDuc.com.
  5. It is not always guaranteed, that there is a equal balance between leaders and followers. However, there may be waitinglists, if the ratio is imbalanced.
  6. During the partner dancing lessons, the partners will be changed.
  7. The courses may be cancelled by the instructor. In this case, the customer will get full refund.
  8. There will be no refund for cancellations caused by the customer less than one week before course beginning. All earlier cancellations has to be written.
  9. Missed classes can be caught up later with the equal amount of open classes or classes from courses of the same dance level or below, if the students write a cancellation mail to info@DancingDuc.com min. 1 day beforehand and asks the instructor for the replacement class in a second mail.
  10. It is not to allowed to film during the lessons without the instructor’s permission.
  11. The customer stays in the dancing rooms at his/her own risk.
